how to get volume setting..

for volume setting in setting list i have set by default volume level is 4, but if i set new volume then at the time of saving i won't get new volume.


here is my code to retrive volume level.
my_List_Volume->SettingTextL()

but i am getting null value..

where is that code used in ?, anyway if it is a question on retrieving the currentvalues of setting list items, then you should first call StoreSettingsL() to store the values to your member variables that you linked to the control when constructing them, then you could indeed read the values from the member variables directly.

You can get volume keys events, but I don't know if you can simulate them...
