Yes you may!

If I remember correctly, it's actually a requirement with some contact information in the "About Screen", that's mandatory for Java Verified.

I also have it in my JavaVerified game. Both in the help menu, and a few places in-game.

Also the Ovi publishing tool requires you to enter a url for further documentation/online help, so I can't see why Nokia would have a problem with this.
