<t32alm.h> and <wapcli.h> are absent in 3rd edition SDK

When I compiled a project, Carbide was giving this error: "the file 't32alm.h' cannot be opened". I looked epoc32 file, but because I use 3rd edition SDK, they were absent in my epoc32 folder. For compiler, I need to include <t32alm.h> and <wapcli.h> in cpp file. Is there any place that I could get them and manually put them to there or is there any other header files that functions same or (similar(?) ) as <t32alm.h> and <wapcli.h>?

The WAP Stack and WSP API have been removed from Symbian OS v8.1. The HTTP
Stack must be used instead. WAP-related header files from the HTTP Client API have
also been removed.

Thanks for reply, I searched for HTTP stack both in library, wiki and forums; but as I am new to Symbian, I could not get where to start for replacing the WAP related codes with a compatible code for SDK 3rd edtn. Can u provide some source, example or an url to look?
