question about key mapping?

hi, is there key mapping difference b/t 3650 and 7650?
If there is difference,plz help me what that is.
and where can I get some information about key mapping?

Hello

Keys are mapped quite same ways in both devices following the
MIDP specification.

actually I have found that the hardware 3650 has weird behavior. It seems to be trying to be smart about keymapping, for example the * key is acting like a right arrow.

The emulator doesnt do this.

Has anyone seen this and knows a way to turn this "feature" off?
