About VISUALTAG Reader Implimentation

if can i set VISUALTAG as a target type in JSR 257. it reads the barcode image?
and which phone it is support?

Yes, that's the idea... But as far as I know there are no phones out there with JSR-257 Visual-Tag support.
Your best bet is to use the ZXing open-source J2ME barcode decoding library.
