Stuck in QA.

I've submited a content to QA about 2 month ago now, and the process hasent started yet, i've sent several mails to support but despite their continued replies that they would see onto it and provide me with a time estimate for it, nothing happened, and the question, how much long will it take, is still unanswered.
Is this usual?

I've seen delays in the 20-30 days range, but 2 month sounds outrageous
