Is Publisher User Guide available before registering?

Hello,

I would like to ask you if there is any possibility to download publisher user guide before registering as a publisher. I would like to check all conditions, options and prices before paying 50 euro registration fee.

If there are no legal issues, would anyone, just in case email me the Publisher User Guide via email listed in my account?
