J2ME Or Widgets ??

Hi,
Plz I need to know the difference between a widget wrt and a j2Me mobile application, what are the benfits and inconvénients of each one?

Well for one, Java ME apps run on both S60 and Series 40 while WRT widgets can only be made for newer S60.
