Job Summary New Generation PA Research and Development
Responsibilities and Duties - Research on next generation PA systems (ex. ET/EER) and new semi-conductor process technology.
- Defining optimal PA for next generation PA systems and developing it for handset applications.
Qualifications Strong skills in the following:
1) Highly skilled in large signal transistor modeling and various PA designs including class AB, class E, Doherty, Class F, and so on.
2) Experiences on systematic approaches for high performance PA such as DPD (Digital Pre-distortion), ET/EER (Envelope Tracking/Envelope Elimination and Restoration), and MMMB (Multi-Mode Multi-Band).
3) In-depth knowledge of semi-conductor process technologies for power transistors.
4) Excellent understandings on 3G/4G handset designs including knowledge of next generation FEM and RFIC.
