Widget transparancy on Homescreen and in general?

I´m desperately looking for any information on how to set Widgets transparent in Homescreen and normal mode to show the actual themes background color or image or at least let it shine through.

Currently i´m working on an already pretty advanced widget ("Symbian60.mobi Fußball News Widget") and set almost any background to transparent or "none", tried using transparent gif-images as background and various other ways and workarounds, but do not seem to succeed at all. Whatever i try, it all results at least in a white background as it seems.

Am I doing something wrong or is what i try impossible anyway - at least with WRT Widgets? I have seen (Homescreen Widgets at least) that show the theme background, as all of the built-in widgets but also some third-party apps and widgets like Twittix do. Any light that could be shed on this issue would be highly appreciated!

I don't have an answer for this, unfortunately. However, I also need to know how this can be achieved (if at all possible).

Unfortunately it is impossible to set transparent background for WRT widgets in HS.

and nicer will be active flash lite applications as backgrounds in home-screen... kind of live wallpaper in android

It would have been impossible with previous versions of Symbian/Browser,
But I believe there is some way as I have seen screenshots in Ovi Store of applications which are clearly WRT widgets and have transparent background on homescreen.
Please any help will be appreciated.
