Publish Flash-Lite items to OVI store with self signed certificate

In Forum.Nokia.com I see a article about self signing Flash-Lite applications:

Does anyone know if I can upload Flash-Lite screen-savers for sale on Nokia OVI store?
And if so, is it enough to self sign my Flash-Lite screen-savers in order to upload them for sale in Nokia OVI store?

I'll appreciate help and useful links in this subject.

Hi,
Bill Perry, Sr. Services Marketing Manager , made a couple of postings on S40 Flash NFL and S60 Flash

Basically self signed apps are not allowed Express Symbian signed must be used
