Symbian signed online. Capabilities selection not possible...

I can't see anymore the boxes for selecting what capabilities to enable.


Are they now signing every file with all capabilities enabled or what's wrong?

Hi,

Short story: your app will be given all the capabilities it needs without you having to select them.

Long story: at the bottom of the page you will see a link that says "Symbian Signed Support". It will take you to the Symbian Foundation's forums, if you have an account there. This is a quote from a thread there:

This was changed in an attempt to make the process easier to use for the developer. The portal examines the .sis file to see the capabilities needed, rather than forcing the developer to select the capabilities they need.

So try it, it should work.
