Where is my app?

Hi.

We submitted an app, which has been approved and on the ovi store. However, we hear from some of our customers that they couldn't find the app. What's going on? I appreciate any tips on this issue.

The app is "WorldCard Mobile" that recognized business cards by taking a snapshot of a business card.

In ovi store, if user signs in, then he can search and find the app. If a visitor comes in Ovi store, then the search for "worldcard mobile" fails to find the app. Any ideas?

it will only find it if it is a compatiable device, i.e. if they have a series 40 device and it is a symbian application or if it uses a camera and it isn't a camera phone it won't show up. Could something like this be the problem?

Ok, it looks like that the visitor has to select a supported model before doing the searching, otherwise it will not show it.

I really don't like this kind of search feature. It's not very friendly. I'm fine if I find an app that is not running on my model, at least I know there is such an app.
