nokia 6600 slide browsing problem

I have just bought Nokia 6600 slide, i am facing a problem that when i use web browsing and try to view video clips or open any web site, the phone give the message " memory full" can anyone tell me why is it so? is there any virus? and how to get overcome this problem?

I have cleared all Cache, cookies but still this message appears
