NOKIA 6708 HANGING PROBLEM

My Nokia 6708 is HANGING quite regularly it seems that its internal battery or RAM is not working properly becoz every time when I boot it, it doesn't respond it respond only when i charge it even if its external battery is fully charged and after starting it works for maximum half hour than again hanged

i can't able to use it
