receiving sip calls as missed call?!!

Hello Every body,

i am facing a strange problem with nokia phone e-65 which is when i configure its sip settings on certain W-LAN's its receiving SIP calls normally but on another W-LAN's it cannot receive sip calls ,it will be just displayed as missed call without ringing.

this problem not happening on all W-LAN's just some W-LAN's the phone will freeze when its called.

plz if any one has a suggestion about this problem.....which is not happening on all W-LAN's.
