Carbide.c++ 1.3 availability?

Is the Carbide.c++ 1.3 version still available somewhere? I can find only the newest 2.0 version and the older 1.2.2 in the archives.

The reason is that I'm trying to cook up some software for my 6680 which is a 2nd edition FP2 SDK deal. I tried to make things work with v1.3 following Lucien Tomuta's instructions, but there were problems in the linking phase. Then, I updated to v2.0 but I don't seem to be able to make the IDE to realize that the 2nd edition SDK is there. With v1.3, this was not a problem.

When using the 1.3 version, I was able to do that, and I believe the linking problems could have been caused by an invalid SDK installation. But I cannot find the 1.3 version anymore so I could verify this.
