Problem opening a 2330 theme with Carbide

i have some problems opening the 2330 theme for personal editing:

here is a screen shot of it, if somebody has an idea what may cause this please reply.

Hi,

Can you provide more information regarding this
1.) Was the theme originally created using carbide.ui ?
2.) Did you manually edit the theme.xml file and made any changes ?

If possible please send the .nth file to Support.UITools@nokia.com for further investigation.

Hi, thank you for your answer.
The theme is the global Vodafone theme created for 2330 and hasn't been changed in any way. I am sending the nth file to the mentioned email address. Thank you one more time.
