Updating N95 8GB

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but i am having trouble updating my N95 8GB
the current firmware is 15.0.015 and i am trying to update to 31.0.015 but it seems to fail.

it says it loses connection, to remove the usb cable and battery, then reinsert them and press the power button but it jsut does the same thing again

may be trying installing the sotware updater again might help you.
