i want to take frame image as texture image mapping to the full screen. The frame is got from functin ViewFinderFrameReady().My phone is Nokia 6120c with 369Mhz and without 3D gfx acceleration. The fps is only 6.7 , however the phone's frame rate is 13.I think it is very costly. So i replace the frame image with a bitmap image with same size in .mbm format . The rate becomes higher.
So my question is that why is that? why using a frame image as texture (by glTexImage or glTexSubImage) is so expensive? Any clus will be appericated.
