Your publisher accounts in the Ovi Store have been disabled and any
media submitted will not progress through processing.

    Common reasons include:
    - You have requested your publisher account to be disabled and agreements to be
    terminated from the Ovi Store.
    - Inconsistencies in the registration data were found.
    - Media that was submitted was in violation of the guidelines for acceptable
content as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
    - Historically there have been issues with the media that has been
submitted, such as it not working as specified or excessive care requests.
    - We have received notice of potential Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
infringements with regards to the media you have submitted.

If you have questions or need any further information,
    email PublishToOvi.Support@nokia.com

We realy can't help here. You need to get the specific information. It is a slow process but by going through them giving your account information and such they can't get you the answers so you can get it published.

Please contact them it may be a few days to get a response but they do track all the support mail and it does get an answer.

First of all: CHARGE BACK THE 50 EUROS ASAP and get in touch with an attorney! Contract was not fulfilled, out you go.

Hitting them in the pocketbook has always worked well with all ESDs I met so far - why should Ovi be any different?

Do you know that the money was not marked to be refunded at a normal billing cycle. When I return something to the store it takes a few days before it is seen on my credit card. My advice is still the best, write and find out the exact reasons for the problem only when you know and don't assume can you make a decision.

    Hi Ron,
I am in the industry for a very long time and go to the Vienniese district court often to fight stuff for my and the wifes company.

All I know is the following: if a company does not oblige, send them ONE polite request, one threat (Mahnung, not sure about the english word) and SUE/ACT. The faster the better. Especially if the company is banking on insolvency - they will usually pay those who scream the loudest first.

When it comes to nonfulfillment, seeing a threat of a chargeback fee (or a chargeback) has always worked wonders for me so far. Not the nice and dandy way, but darn effective.

    All the best
    Tam Hanna

Your application was incomplete hence we placed it on hold and after not receiving your information your application was disabled. As our second message stated, you are welcome to re-apply with the full information we require. Your original fee payment has been scheduled for refund.
