App not published, but reported downloaded!

I recently submitted a new version of our app to OVI. It passed QA on July 15th.

But it has not yet been published. At least I can't seem to download it from the web page or from the mobile browser, but still we get download statistics from that app!

Why is that???

PASSED, but some devices are not supported by Ovi Store and are in pending status. List of Ovi Store supported devices can be found from https://publish.ovi.com/help/content_providers

Is this the reason why it has not been published yet??


Can anyone tell me why it has a significant amount of downloads when it has not been published?

And what we need to do to get it published??

Hi,

The content name is GyPSii version 4.2.4. That's what I'm thinking, that it must be published. The problem is I can not download this particular version either on the web page or on the mobile. So where is it published??

Have tried to download it on N95 8GB, and N78 but Ovi only gives me the old version 1.9.2, not 4.2.4 - which is the one we're getting download stats for!
