unlock microSD card for 6233

Hi All,
I have Nokia 6233, in which my friend set password for the Memory card(micro SD).But he doesn't remember the password now so I can not access the memory card in the other mobile.I formatted the memory card in same 6233 mobile but then also when I insert into other mobile...It prompts for the password.
I tried using card reader also..but card reader doesn't detect the memory card.
So please help me.
