Hi,
one of our customers has experienced a certain problem with one of our applications.
We would like to contact him directly in order to provide assistance, but all we have is the user name under which he wrote his review.
Is it possible to contact him and provide assistance via Ovi or to somehow reply to him via the reviewing system?
It's quite frustrating that we know how to solve his problem, but not being able to contact him via Ovi...
