    why do i get a error message in eclipse saying that deployment toolcould not be intialised

    You may want to provide some context. Strictly said "You Are Here: Home > Community > Discussion Boards > Developer Discussions > Forum Nokia Services Feedback > Feedback on Forum Nokia Services" does not seem to be a good location in any case, since Eclipse is certainly not a service of Forum Nokia.
