how to convert GBK charset to Unicode?

in 2nd v7.0s SDK, i use CCnvCharacterSetConverter to conver GBK charset to Unicode,
but the value of PrepareToConvertToOrFromL(KCharacterSetIdentifierGbk, CCoeEnv::Static()->FsSession()) returned is ENotAvailable.

that means CCnvCharacterSetConverter can not convert charset between gbk and unicode in 2nd v7.0s SDK.

Anybody Who know how to do? any solution is welcome. thanks in advanced.

if the character converter is not available for the character set, then is is not really possible to do with that API.
