    Any update Eric?
    I see publish.ovi is down... Is this related?
    How long do you expect it to be down for?
    Can QA continue to progess apps while the site is down?

    Thanks Henrick,
    I saw it yesterday after I posted. I edited the post when I saw Erics post.
    We're still getting emails and posts looking for the full version of our apps. It would be great to have some idea when the search will be fixed. I expected something to happen last week after Eric posted.
    Fingers crossed that it's being worked on.

    Search index has changed.
    Some apps that were indexed are no longer indexed and visa-versa.
    Amazing. Truely amazing.

    A full quarter year has passed since the search function was described as fixed.

    A trial version of our apps appears in the search results but the full version is never found. Almost everyday, a customer comments that they can't purchase the app (they can't find it).

    Since last October, I have emailed OviSupport four times asking for some guidance as to when the problem will be rectified. My emails were ignored.

    Can some-one please let me know when this will be fixed?
    If you're not going to fix the problem, then can you please say so.
    Either way, one quarter is too long to be left completely in the dark. The lack of communication at times is astonishing.

    Can some-one from Ovi please repy? This morning I have another three new comments on Ovi, asking where is the full version of our app. Almost everyday, we have such comments. Customers can't find the app. Nokia still continue to ignore this issue. It's astonishing. No reply still.

    How long will this continue? Do I need to post a message here everyday in order to embarrass some-one in Nokia into replying.

    THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. PLEASE REPLY.

    Rumors are, that a complete re-write of the whole store is underway. Maybe that is what they are concentrating on, explaining the absence here (I sure as hell, hope so).
