writing and reading data to data cable's port using socket

I need to write and read data to data cable's port using socket ,In PC their is socket sever which listen usb port and can data to usb port,I have nokia 5310 kindly guide is that possible using j2me if yes kindly guide me how .

You can use CommConnection interface to write data on Phone comm port, see the WKT Exmpale for it.
