What is the relationship between CAknView's HandleCommandL and CAknViewAppUi's??

Could any one provide excellent explanation??

On the other hand, does symbian framework call CAknView's HandleCommandL first or
call CAknViewAppUi's HandleCommandL first? Or what else??
