Hello, I'm looking a method to obtain a unique identifier of every Nokia 6310 phone using some bluetooth command. The identifier must been read from the phone by mean of AT commands or other method different of bluetooth too. The identifier must been unique for every phone (by example, IMEI) and must be possible read it easily using bluetooth and directly from the phone using other method. Thanks in advance,

    Alberto

    Hi Alberto,

Every Bluetooth device has a unique address, similar to a MAC address on a standard Ethernet card. If you Discover your 6310 with another Bluetooth device (access server, laptop etc) it should report this number. It's sometimes called 'Serial Number'. It won't, however, identify which type of device has been discovered.

    Hope this helps,

    Colin.
