How to get RGA plugin?

I need RGA plugin to develop my onw application,
but I have no RGA plugin,

and I had searched it around Internet, including this Nokia Forum,
but found nothing about it.

Would any guy please give some clues???

Unfortunately there is a very bad news: RGA is removed from the most recent OpenC release (it just came out last week).
You can experiment with searching for Open C version 1.3, most probably it is still available on the Net.
