browser can't open https page

SDK API CBrCtlInterface usage
- Steps to reproduce:
use CBrCtlInterface class to access HTTPS page
- Actual outcome:
Browser control hangs
error message:"can access https -1"
- Expected outcome:
HTTPS page is accessed

Can you tell me how to resolve the problem?
