How to use web server for mobile application?

Hello Friends,

I have developed an application in j2me which sends request to servlet and getting response from servlet. But for this I need to use some server to which i can send request from mobile. As of now I have tested my application in Netbeans with Midlet and Web application (localhost server). Now I have installed my application in real mobile and I want to know how can I get server?

purchase vpn from linode.com or slicehost.com
install java in the new server
run your servlet
make changes in app to connect to new server
n u r good to go!
