"My Nokia" message on "Sent" messages that won't open

Hello,

I work on a software development company that as this symbian application that handles SMS's, among other content. Recently we found that a specific message was causing the software to malfunction. This message is created and sent automatically when the user agrees to subscribe the "My Nokia" service. After that the message goes to the "Sent" messages. It won't open, but can be deleted, though.

Does this message has a different format? Why can't it be opened on the device?

This occurs in several S60 3rd FP2 devices: 6710 Nav, N86 8MP, ...

You may want to check the various 'magic' fields of TMsvEntry, starting with iBioType - assuming that you have already confirmed that it is an SMS.
