Are there any publishers from Poland? I would like to know how accounting with the Polish Inland Revenue (US) looks. Do I have to be VAT-payer and need to have VAT-UE? Do I need to make out invoice in PLN or EUR currency? ...

Yes, there are publishers from Poland.

VAT is one of the requirements when you register as a company in Publish to Ovi.

The payments are made out in Euro.
