How to use my PCs connection to the internet to connect my mobile to the internet?

i don't want to take a GPRS connection. is it possible to use my PCs connection to the internet to connect my mobile to the internet. i have samsung sgh e251. i understand this is a nokia forum. but is there a standard way of doing it using nokia phones using bluetooth connection to the pc.

While as an user I use WiFi to conect to a wireless router and share the network connection with other devices (PC, laptop...)

Could you elaborate more. i have wifi access but my mobile phone does not have 802.11g capability. is it possible to tunnel this through bluetooth - ad hoc network.
