expiration about tool kit 3.0

Is it true that the tool kit simulator 3.0 will expire in a few weeks time? If this is true, can it be upgraded?

Toolkit 3.0 shouldn't expire until September 2002. If you are getting a notification, you might want to check to see if your system clock is set to the right date.
