Access to devices

As a developer targeting carriers globally, we need early access to hardware. We have been able to get access to D211 devices through carrier partners but not yet D311 devices, which we require for our development offices in North America. Can you please supply contact information (or forward this request) to assist in obtaining necessary devices to support our development efforts?
