correct header file for accelerometer

Hi,

I want to buy a E52, and create a program that uses the accelerometer.

In the Nokia library there is information for "sensrvaccelerometersensor.h", is this header file only for the symbian s60 rel 5??

Or is it possible to use it with version 3 (thats the version on the E52)?

i found a "RRSensorApi.h" for the S60 v3. But the possibilities here are less than for the sensor api channel.
for example my first programme is a test to be sure that the sample frequentie of the Nokia E52 accelerometer is 40Hz.
KsensrvProbIDDataRate specification is there to check this. but i can't find this option in RRSensorApi.h??

I think you could try the 5th edition version in it: http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...Example_50.zip

Not guaranteed though that it would work.

If i read the specifications of the E52 ik found this:

Sensor API Channels:- Accelerometer Double Tap
- Accelerometer XYZ

doesn't that means it is possible?
