yes I have read about wiki web template competition.
I have downloaded the sample high end and mid renge templates for nokia devices.

I want to know that if I have the .xml file where I can run the file .
Is there and SDK or emulator available..

They could be tested in the standard S40/S60 emulators as I see.

how can I save the file with extension and where I can paste it and explain how to run..

They are web page templates, you don't run them, you render them in a web browser either from the local disc or from a web server (be that local or remote)

E.g. copy the file on \epoc32\winscw\c\web and then in emulator's browser open file:///c:\web\library\index.html

I tell you my detailed problem.
I have downloaded nokia's sample web templates for high range and midrange devices..

Now tell me how can I use them and built my new web templates using emulator.
I have S60 emulator in which I am running python program.
