No Volume while Playing MP3 and Video in Sony Errision

hi frnd,

in my application i am playing video and Mp3.both are working fine but without volume.

i tested this application on Sony Errricssion W810i.

but my application working fine on Nokia E61 with Volume.

please help me to solve this problem..

It may be a Sony Ericsson specific issue. Try posting the issue at the Sony Ericsson Developer Support website.

Possibly, you have sound disabled in some setting somewhere.

hhmmm, if I'm not mistaken some SE implementations actually take over ringing tone volume as standard volume for Player...
So have you checked you ringing volume and if the device is not in "silent profile" ?
Also are you attaching a VolumeControl object to your player and setting it to 100 as value ?
