How to use the sdk in CentOS

i installed QT and was installed in the opt folder now when i compiling i get this error.

No valid Qt version set. Set one in Tools/Options
Error while building project Application9
When executing build step 'QMake'
Canceled build.

It's first time I hear of it but it seems CentOS is a linux distribution so one would expect Qt is compatible with it. Whether that is true or not, and to get help setting it up you should look for help in the Qt forums, listed among the community resources at http://qt.nokia.com

Once you have the environment working, and assuming that Qt for Symbian is in your interest area, you are welcomed back here for Symbian/Nokia specific stuff.

Do what the message says: Set the appropriate Qt version you want to use in the mentioned dialog.

i am doing it for symbian only ....
the error was the thing that i trying to fix ...
