Nokia 2680 slide only rings 4 times!!

Hope you guys can help a phillistine....bought a new mobile at weekend, but not yet been able to answer a call quick enough as the phone only rings 4 times before cutting to the message service.

Have read the manual (3 times!) and can't find any reference to altering the setting. Everybody elses mobile seems to ring for ages by conmparision. Please help as it will cost me a fortune ringing people back cos I can't get it answered quick enough!!!!!

As you can probaby tell, not very well up on all this technology, plus I'm female!!!!!..........
