what are the developing tools for a new J2ME developer?

Hi,Everybody~~~
I am a fresh in J2ME developing.

I want to develop my own applications in my phone,what developing tools should I choose?

Addition:
Phone:Nokia E63
OS: Windows XP professional
IDE: Eclipse 3.5
JDK: 1.6

I want to know what tools I need to build my developing environment,
and the tools' name~~~~

As a fresh,I hope the more details the better ~~~~

Well if you have Eclipse then I guess you should also download/integrate the mobility pack...
After that you could for example download the Wireless Toolkit 2.5.2 or 3.0 and install those... This you can use as an emulator platform to test your applications... Also you might want to download the right Nokia SDK for your E63, which again you can use in NetBeans as a S60 emulator...
And then obviously when you want to run it on-device you will need some kind of transfer-method from the developing PC to the device (I personally use Bluetooth)...

download for Java Me.if you wan to develop application for E63 then download s60 3rd Edition FP1 SDK.

and start to develop application.
