SIP api: no incoming response callback

Hi, i trying to send sip Message using symbian sip api. I added MSIPConnectionObserver to my sip implementation. The problem is that i never get responses from the MSIPConnectionObserver callbacks about Message status (like 200 ok and etc...), but I get incoming requests with no problem(like incoming msg).
What can be the problem? Can it be API limitation?
