Help with Ensymble

Hello community again,

I did an application that works 100% in ScriptShell, I used ensymble by get standalone application, ensymble no show any errors, i did this:

ensymble.py py2sis myapp.py myapp.sis

All seems ok, i signed the application online and then a procced to install.

But when a try to run, tha application started and the closed unexpected.

I think the mistake is by version ensymble, i test all versions for python 2.5, i have PYS60 1.4.5 on my phone but i cant get the correct SIS, some sis say: 'Runtyme is not on the phone' other install with any problem but no one works.

Any idea?

Hi,

Does your application require any special capabilities? Try to specify all the capabilities when making the sis file with Ensymble (add --caps=LocalServices+ReadUserData+Location+... in the command). Then sign the sis file and see if it works. You can find a list of capabilities as well as their descriptions here.

Also, you should install the application on the same drive as PyS60 (preferably phone memory, which is drive C)
