Recieve fax on Card phone 2.0

Hi. I?ve successfully installed this device under Windows ME. I can make data calls and send faxes, but can?t receive fax. When I get the fax incoming call my fax software (WinFax 10) detects it and open receiving window, BUT Card phone doesn?t give outgoing ?pilot tone? and cannot receive fax.
Where is issue?

I have a simular fault,driving me bloody crackers.I have now received faxes on my laptop but i keep getting a message up on my screen "com port 5 already open,cancel etc" ca't seem to get rid of ?any thoughts ?
is it M.E or a nokia fault?
