internet telephone not available

Hi

Need assistance please, i have an e51(ver 300.34.56) that connects to an AP, but does not register! it worked fine yesterday, but does not do so today, so i took the same settings(input) and used it on another e51(ver 300.34.56) and it works 100%

Can anyone advice? or point me in the right direction...

P.s i also had the same problem with and e71(300.21.012) and using the same setting on the "working" e51 it works 100%
