RDA not working with Windows 7

I have tried using this on serveral different computers and it does not work.
It has given me the same error.

Machines included Windows XP

I think there is a problem with my account.

I've the same problem now!!

The change you wanted was rejected.
Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to. Leaving a web form open for too long before submitting it will also lead to this error.
