Sales reports publishing time

Hello,

how long does it take before first sales reports are visible? My application has been live one week so far.

Hi

I have the same issue. My application was published last Monday, I have three reviews but no sales according to my sales reports. The only way I can see if the reports are working is to buy a copy myself and see if it shows up. I suspect that reports are not working for me, so I have emailed publishtoovi.support@nokia.com but no reply so far.

I understand that when reports are working they are updated once a day.

I seem to be having a similar issue all of my newly published items from the last week don't appear to be recording sales and I've done a test purchase so I know I've sold at least one of them. Other items that have been in the store for awhile appear to be updating.

Reporting is really starting to bean issue! Help Ovi team..

I have the same issue with 2 titles published last week. I know there have been some sales as there are reviews on the titles but the sales do not show at all on the reports yet and some of the reviews are over a week old now. I would be really helpfull if somone from Ovi could comment on this

Come on OVI store, there are 4 publishers here all reporting the same problem.

At the very least it would be good to here from OVI as whether they agree there is an issue or not.

Finally I got response from Nokia for this issue. Nokia do have major problem with the issue we have discovered. They promised to take contact me when they have more information about the problem. I am sure that will take a long time, like usually...

Just started working for me today after the reports were down.
This is the first data I have been able to see since my application was published 2 weeks ago.

Good for you! I can log to Sales Report view but there isn't any sales reported. I am 100 percent there has been sales.

Thats what was happening to me.
I published my app and for two weeks the reports showed no sales. Then at the weekend when I tried to look it the reports there was a message "down for maintenance". After reports came back I could see that I have had sales every day since publishing.

I had emailed PublishToOvi.Support@nokia.com and had a response to say "problem in report section is identified and will be fixed by Nov 18".

I suggest you email and keep updating this thread with the result.
